What disgusting and rude "customer service". The Asian man who works here who claims it is his store is the most patronising man I've ever dealt with. He's extremely rude and swore under his breath then claimed he didn't when I questioned him. What his problem was I have no idea. Post office here needs to be shut down purely for the disgusting "service" this man provides. He then proceeds to tell me not to come into the store if I'm not happy with his rude attitude. I'm shocked.

Bad customer service, also they don’t respect the opening hours, closed 2 hours early on a Friday and I couldn’t collect my parcel. It was actually a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. Don’t use this shop!!

The operating hours do not correspond, I have been trying to pick up a free parcel for more than 1 week, today it is indicated that they are open until 16:30, at 15:30 I was already there and they were closed, and so on 5 times already. it's just awful.

Today I was very pleasantly surprised at this branch.
When I came in it was probably a few minutes past closing time and a staff member has already activated the alarm and was closing the doors. However he have seen me and was kind to open them and proceeded with my parcel.

Always a friendly service at this newsagents / P.O.
However I've had to edit my review, and remove some stars, as a few times I have walked over from work on my lunchbreak with a package that can't wait and found it closed with no signs or explanation. I've then had to walk or cycle right across town to go to the bus station one which is frustrating. Looking at other people's reviews this seems to be a common theme, so perhaps this P.O. can take the notes and improve?
