Adminstrative work has been handled in a very professional and efficient manner by staff in Hong Kong (Yuki) and staff in the UK (Andrew and Kelly). They have been very helpful and have given very good advice on various procedures. Although our boxes have been kept in the storage for over a year, when they arrived, we found that they were in very good condition. The delivery people were very polite and had done their work really well. In short, I am very satisfied with the service of this company.

Thanks Go Group for the international delivery from HK to UK and domestic delivery within the UK. The customer service is great. Friendly phone service and I was kept in touch via email about the status of my belongings. I appreciate them to confirm the delivery date a week in advance. The delivery team is very professional. They handled all our boxes with great care and none of them was missing or broken. They also delivered the boxes door to door and unpacked the belongings based on our instructions.
