It was great experience! I had no idea how to transfer my cat to UK, until I found these guys. I trusted them from the very first contact. Mira was so helpful, sending information by emails and the rest communication on WhatsApp. Efficient, responsible in no time. Our trip from Brussels Airport to Scotland was stress free with them, it felt very safe. There was delay of flight, so everything that was booked had to move, Mira done it immediately. Tony, the driver was very helpful too, nice communication, smooth drive and quick, considering the distance. I highly recommend their service!

We had an amazing experience with Pet Moves Abroad when bringing our dog into the UK from France (originally from Canada!). Paul and Kevin were incredibly kind and informative, making the whole process so much easier for both us and our pup. We had the best experience imaginable with Pet Moves Abroad! It was very stressful for me (and my kitty!) making the move to the UK from Australia but Mira was so accommodating, responsive and helpful!
We had to fly into France as I brought my cat in the cabin (a huge experience in itself) and from my original enquiry about CDG-London transport, Mira answered my myriad of questions as I sorted out timings and paperwork. She arranged for us to meet a vet in France, so we could get an EU pet passport to enter the UK, which was incredibly helpful and frankly above and beyond service.
Kevin was a great driver, he let me know as soon as he was at the airport, answered my questions via WhatsApp from baggage claim and then we chatted the whole way to London. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the journey, the vet trip and the Eurotunnel experience, which is maybe not surprising but again it was great to be looked after and in the care of proficient people- particularly after our long journey.
Overall this was perfect and made our journey very smooth. The car was clean and huge, perfect for myself, my cat and 4 pieces of luggage.
Couldn't recommend Pet Moves Abroad more highly, a huge thanks to Mira, Kevin and the team for the phenomenal service!!

Jovan and Mira was lovely and helpful throughout. They helped with papers and was very knowledgeable both before and during the ride. Jovan was also a very smooth driver which helped a lot as the dog can get car sick. It was great to be taken from airport in Paris all the way to my door in London! Wonderful experience!

Thank you for a great service like Petmovesabroad to take the hassle out bringing your pets and luggage across the channel. Our driver, Pat, picked us and our 3 Corgis up in Bonn and drove us to Stratford/Avon. It was great that he took out the third row seats so we could fit 2 kennels and luggage easily! Pat was great to chat with and is a skilled driver who easily navigated a couple hours of pouring rain and local flooding in the Midlands. We would definitely book him again! Thanks to Mira for setting up the trip and excellent and prompt communication for all our questions before we left!

I traveled with my cat from Paris to London Mira was so nice and patient and answered my questions for the whole month as I was worried about paper works & The trip was so smooth and Tony our drives was really nice. He explained all the steps in eurotunnel. There was a fluffy cover in the seat which my cat loved it, fresh smell and water for us in the car.
I really recommend them and would use the service again

Paul was very helpful from the start with his guidance on how to go about the whole process from A to Z. He's always very prompt with responses and providing solutions to issues along the way. First class service, and Patrick (our driver) was also excellent, good driver, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company for anyone who wishes to get their dogs across the border between the UK and the EU.
