10 Stars!!! Absolutely brilliant!! The online ordering service is second to none!! We have ordered a fair bit from Screwfix over the past few months and every time our order has been processed in minutes even when our order was over £500!! When we go to collect, the staff are friendly, helpful and extremely efficient!! Massive congratulations to the management and the team, you guys have set the bar very high. Would highly recommend!!!

Amazing experience, places a big online order 40+ items at 11:40 got my text that it was ready for collection 12:16. Arrived and waited no longer than 10 minutes to get in. Order was ready, polite and friendly staff, social distanceing measures are perfect.

Staff are always helpful. Always busy and you see lots of trades people using it - which says it all about quality and prices!

You are best using the Campbeldown Road entrance to leave unless you are going towards Rock Ferry.

Always keep an eye out for their sales brochures.

The click and collect system is not great if using the website and paying by credit card.

What a great visit to this store. Quite easy to drive past as it's set back from the road but it's your first left after the Cammell Lairds shipyard roundabout coming from the Birkenhead tunnel. I was first helped by a lovely, helpful and very patient young lady called Kate. Took time searching for what I needed but then deputy manager Dave helped her out and took over. As I had purchased an item somewhere else that was the wrong, and that retailer now closed and it was needed, Dave took his time to find a solution. Unfortunately when I got home it wasn't suitable so took it back. Was refunded with no quibble at all. Great service from the staff. Would highly recommend as they take time to find exactly what you need unlike other retailers. Keep up your great customer service guys 10/10 ?

Decent range of materials and equipment.
Some materials are only available in larger quantities than the average DIY project may require.
Very handy to have a store with this range of products, generally, available 7 days a week.
The Click and Collect unit in the store is generally a great help. If the store could could arrange to have your items picked instead of waiting until you arrived at store before picking it would improve the service even more.
Having said that, the Click and Collect point is easy to find.
