I would not recommend using this company. In October 2022 my car was hit by a large Ashford Couriers van in The Cotswolds. This despite being from Kent myself on holiday. I was driving in a 20mph zone which was going into a blind bend and was practically at a standstill. Their van driver drove into the blind bend at over 60mph in the rain and crashed into our car on our side of the road. We were lucky not to be injured or killed along with our dog. Despite us speaking with the driver, getting photos, being given their note paper with their contact details on and recording phone calls with the manager who initially wanted to settle outside of insurance, they refused to admit liability and denied they were there whilst providing zero evidence. They then changed their story to say they were there but we were at fault despite us providing all the evidence to the contrary. We would not recommend using a company that is willing to lie and to avoid paying for the damage they have done.
