I came in here to return 3 parcels, I waited ages to to be served, wasn’t problem, but after every one of my parcels was scanned I was told to wait while they serve other customers. I was in the shop about an hour while being told to wait, like I wasn’t a customer. A few other things happened which I won’t bore you with but the woman and young lad working treated me like I had done something wrong. I care for my dying mum, I make old men dinners who don’t have any family and I didn’t deserve to be treated how these shop workers treated me while my child waited in a car outside. I literally went home and cried my eyes out how people can be so mean. My daughter said to me “mummy, don’t let these people stop you from being a nice person”. I will NEVER use this shop again.,

A lovely young lady at the main counter said I could pay money I there rather than going to the post office counter, so I did.
215.00 to pay in 185 in notes 18. In 50 and 1.00 and 2 pounds in small change.
The young lady starts counting it and the older lady came over and startes, talking to her in her ative language, then rudely says she would not accept the change as she only has 60 seconds per customer.
It was Saturday morning, and I was the only person in their bar 1 that got served while I was there.
I pointed out its legal tender, to which she said I know, but I'm not taking it.
She walked off with a severe attitude as I asked foe the money to be passed back to me and the young girl moved it about 4 inches towards me I had to claim the money from under the protection screen myself so putting my hands in there protected space.
The post offices want us to use them like banks to keep them going.
I have used that post office since we moved here in 1971 and will never set foot in there again while they have it such a shame decent people like Neylam and Raj had to retire.
