One star is more than this company deserve. I contacted them on the advice of Eurotunnel and was quite specific about my journey and my needs. They sold me tickets and told me everything was fine. I went out hassle free and on return endured the most horrendous experience. I hadn't been made aware of the documentation required and as it was a bank holiday weekend the ""24/7" assistance was unavailable. I was left to book another ticket and effectively abandoned in France. Harbour shipping sent a vague response and failed to make a second response. I am currently seeking legal advice as to my next move. Avoid if you want a trouble free trip.

Someone recommended this firm , eventually after 2-3 hours of getting pushed from pillar to post spoke a person called Sean . He was very rude and abrupt. They obviously don’t need the work .
