Have been here 3 times trying to collect a parcel and each time it has been closed, no notice, nothing. I can't come at the 8-10 morning times due to work so I try the Thursday evening, now I don't know how long they'll hold my parcel or if they're able to send it back so I get a refund as it's from overseas. Absolutely terrible.

Try to book redeliveries but they just get ignored, then they keep the parcel and tell you to collect it but they are rarely open. Even if you go during the limited opening times half of the time it's shut anyway. Only reason for one star and not 0 is staff when they are there are willing to help me try and figure out where on earth my parcel is, so not blaming them. I'm struggling to get my medication on time because if it which is concerning. Very inefficient and difficult to get your parcels, would advise avoiding using royal mail if you can because of this tbh.

They stated they tried to deliver the parcel twice but no a missed delivery slip.
My parcel is holded in the office and I cannot collect it because of their working hours.

Had a parcel be attempted delivery but wasn't home. Left not saying would redeliver next day. Made sure I was in all day but no delivery.

Every time I went to go here to collect it was shut.

Parcel is only held for a couple weeks before they return to sender or keep it for themselves is there is no return address.

Absolute useless lazy bunch of liars! They say they're going to deliver, then they straight up lie to you and say delivery was attempted when you've been waiting all day for them. If they came then where is the missed delivery slip? Then you go to the office at a stupid time because they're only open 2 hours to collect your parcel seeing as they can't do their jobs just for the woman at the desk to rudely tell you that it is out for redelivery automatically when the tracking information does not state this! I even rang customer service who told me I can go and collect my parcel. Just give me my stuff how hard is it?

Getting fed up of having to hunt down parcels and mail when its literally their job to deliver. How my latest parcel was delivered to the wrong address with a completely different signature is beyond me. Ringing the sorting office is an impossible task as well. Rang all day with not one pick up. Carry on like this and public support for your strike will wane very quickly as its obvious change is needed and quickly.

I'm in there regularly as at work when my parcels are attempted to be delivered. The staff have always been good and never had any issues in the many years of me going there. There are rules like needing certain id, calling back the next day after parcels were attempted to be delivered, treating the staff as you wish to be treated yourself, I think you get the idea and these rules should be expected by everyone anyway.

There are quite clearly staff members that couldn't care less about customer service.
I've experienced lying from the Postal Delivery staff saying that they have attempted a delivery and I wasn't in when I was and they didn't even try knocking on my front door.
Not always putting a Something For You Card put through my door when they've attempted delivery.
Thousands of pounds worth of items going missing.
And to top it all, the opening hours of the Sorting Office are terrible. How can people who work from home collect their items when they only open 8 to 10 or 8 to midday some days?
The Royal Mail are here to provide customer service when is this sorting office going to actually make sure their staff do their jobs properly?
