It's an average bridge letting traffic on a primary road pass over a brook, beck, burn or whatever the stream is. The A19 will need improvements to separate non-motor traffic from vehicles as pedestrians, bikers, and horses and their riders will need to be safe in heavy traffic and therefore this bridge will need widening. That'll add star four.
