We were looking for a storage unit due to having to leave our rented home. Dawn and Kerry are absolutely fantastic. I couldn't judge size of the units online so we nipped in. Dawn showed us around and she was so helpful, I was clearly anxious and upset and she made me feel at ease. She sorted a unit for us but I had to nip back to pay the holding deposit. She assured me it would be fine. Today when I called in to sign papers and pay for unit, she was so lovely she offered me a cuppa as soon as I walked in she talked me through everything and made the process so easy.
The units are a good size and fairly priced, but the staff are so friendly and wonderful, and because of them I would highly recommend storage king if you are in need of storage.

Can I just share that I am taken back about how helpful and attentive Kerry at Storage King in Doncaster has been. She went above and beyond during my induction, she went over her own hours to ensure I fully understood and felt comfortable in how to manage the lock up. Both Kerry and Dawn have been friendly and to hand as and when I’ve needed them. The lock up itself is clean, safe and I will be recommending this service going forward. A personable service received with ongoing approachability throughout.

I needed storage immediately due to moving between properties, Dawn the receptionist catered my needs to a high and professional standard, explained all I needed to know and couldn't have done more to help me. Brilliant service at The Doncaster Storage king facility. It was so easy to set up and Dawn was absolutely amazing in helping me choose the best options. She couldn't have done enough to make sure everything was perfect, and all my needs were met. Both Dawn and Kerry have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is covered and questions are answered straight away. The site has excellent security and feel totally at ease, knowing all my goods are well protected. Thank you for absolutely everything, your excellent customer service, great facilities and security being number one on the agenda. I would totally recommend the Doncaster Storage King centre as a first port of call, great service, great rates and great location. I'm sure I will be returning again in the future for more storage space.

Very easy to book a storage locker here (we booked one for a few months whilst we moved house). The storage facility is very clean, too!

Loading our stuff in and getting regular access to the locker was pretty straightforward - even when organising removal guys to collect our things at the end.

Got an half price discount for 2 months and the storage unit is excellent for my needs. Its all very clean and well looked after, so I'm a happy gal ☺️. The staff there are friendly and chatty. Dawn who sits on reception there is lovely and one of the other ladies whose name I can't remember made me a lovely cup of coffee. I definitely recommend this storage company.

Easy and secure storage, friendly helpful staff. Access is well detailed with plenty of notice should access be limited. Constant updates with due payments and everything you may need available on site 10/10
