Excellent service.
We used these for an airport run and return. They kept us informed of arrival times.
The driver Kenny was a friendly funny guy.
Very prompt and kept tabs on our return flight times so he was there ready for us.
Clean comfy car. Would highly recommend.

Used their taxi service today to get to the doctors. Really lovely people amazing value. i paid £20 for another cab and i only used them for 2 minutes. I only paid £14 to get picked up from work, to home, to the doctors and that’s with card payment. Guy gave me his business card at the end. Lovely people and would definitely recommend!

Recently moved to Doncaster, used advance twice no problem, prompt and very polite staff then pre pre-booked one for Sunday morning no show! No one answered my numerous calls and no one phoned to explain, if a neighbour had not taken us we would have missed our train, will not be using again.

Booked a taxi for 5 past 10. 2 of their taxis drove past me. When I phoned to ask why my taxi hadn't arrived and explained 2 had drove post me the member of staff basically called me a lier. When I told them I wouldn't use them anymore my taxi turned up within 5 minutes. The driver was then speeding to get me home. 60 in a 30!!! Not only speeding but putting both our lives at risk

Won't be using them again!!!!

Booked a taxi this afternoon and then quickly rang back to amend the time, which the office confirmed. The company are now refusing to send a taxi at the amended time as they didn't update it in their system. Unhelpful service when tried to resolve. Won't use again

Brilliant - Booked a return flight Taxi and was in the early hours of the morning, long after their normal hours of work. It was nice to walk out of the airport doors and our taxi arrived dead on time as agreed 00.15hrs. The weather was attrocious and freezing so it was a relief that the Advanced Mini Cab was there bang on time. We also received a text to say the taxi had been dispatched prior to pick up and that was really reassuring. Cannot recommend enough as they keep their promises. Thank you so much Advanced Mini Cabs and "yes" will recommend and most definatly use you again.

Absolute joke. Booked a taxi 1 week in advance. Called the night before to confirm. And guess what it didn't turn up.

Booked two taxis for later that day, again checked the night before and guess what.....didn't turn up again!!

Called tonne told they were on there way....guess what...didn't turn up!

Such a shame. Always try to support new, local business but I guess my efforts are for nothing.

AVOID!!!

Unreliable, untrustworthy NEVER EVER USE THESE IF YOU WANT TO GET HOME SAFE after a night out. They text me at 22:50 18/08/2018 to tell me they were going to be 10-15 mins late. They never turned up and every time I rang it went to voicemail. We couldn’t get another taxi so we walked the four miles home getting in at 03:00 this morning! Managed to get in touch about 1am this morning told me I hadn’t booked a taxi then when I laid into them told me there had been a mistake then put the phone down on me. As you can imagine after a night out in Bawtry this was the last thing we needed. It will also be the last time I use Advance. Ask yourself would you trust them to carry your own kids?
