I personally believe is very dangerous the speed of which HGV’s and all other vehicles travel up and down this road and when you are parked next to another vehicle you cannot see if it’s safe to pull out until you’ve got into the actual road, by then it would be too late

I don’t know how Doncaster Council allow this company to have a road with parking this dangerous 😳😳

Drove into yard and was greeted by a guy who shook his head as I leaned out the window for direction. Great start. Then was told to park up because they are busy. Been ignored until I asked why I've just been parked up for an hour, then to find some flatbed has driven in and jumped the queue, of which no apology for delaying me. Zero sense of urgency in here. I gather the employees don't give a toss, which is taking the piss out of the owners. Arrived at 1126 left at 1350. Joke.

I haven't actually used this service. HOWEVER, I encountered a very very dangerous lorry driver on my way home from work. I was on a roundabout and in a residential area, and the lorry came flying out at way over the speed limit (he definitely had seen me). Had I not been emergency breaked in time he would have smashed right into the side of me - and I might not be writing this comment. He then proceeded to drive away way over the speed limit, turning a corner and almost toppling the lorry.
ANYWAY, once I got home I googled the company and rang them asking to put in a complaint, as someone like this should not be driving a lorry, and the man on the phone rudely cut me up, no apology, just ok ok bye. This incident happened on 28 October 2020 at 4:45pm in Daventry area. I do have the registration saved. I told him I would be reporting this man for dangerous driving.

I am not only disgusted at the driving, I am appalled by the service of the man over the phone. It takes seconds to apologise (even if you don't care), especially seeing as it is this company at fault.

So helpful!!! Just rang to enquire about a double pallet. Even though I only want one, the man on the phone was so helpful, he said he’d have a look round the yard and try and find me one and call me back! What great customer service. A rare thing these days!

I've been dealing with Junction 4 pallets from 2012 - present (at time of writing June 2017), after dealing with many pallet companies previously claiming to be everything and failing to provide (some real cowboy attitudes), I moved our supply and collections to them, hoping it would be different.

It was a great decision on my part and for the business, supply was more reliable, quality is better and stable, delivery after delivery. Collections were smoother and more importantly collection revenue was improved and consistent. This in turn, allowed me and operations to budget better, with greater accuracy, allowing us to allocate funds elsewhere to further improve the business. In fact, the management team now use the figures I generate monthly to assess and forecast due to this improvement in accuracy.

It took the worry out of pallet supply, the uncertainty of what collection values were going to be due to previous suppliers trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Working with Junction 4 has been a breath of fresh air and the relationship a stable and trouble free one.

So as mentioned, Supply, collections, revenue, communication are brilliant and have certainly been instrumental to me improving our pallet management and indeed key to business improvement.

Simon and the team have been brilliant so far.

I work in the healthcare distribution sector (Alloga UK), supplying the NHS, pharmacies and Hospitals among many others. 6 large distribution centres over 2 campus for a Pan-European company gets quite busy, Junction 4 always keep up.

We've gone from the shady underworld of pallet suppliers and ruthless sales people (comparable to a man with a van characters) to a secure, transparent, pro-active pallet company.

A great partnership for any business, looking to improve and take the worry out of pallets!
