Do not sort out gangs that hang out around the bus stops or tunnels on either side making people in the interchange uneasy and unsafe. Charging people just to go to toilet because some people won’t have the choice to go to the upstairs free bathroom. I can’t give a good rating when we are either charged to do our natural business we can’t help or left suffer if we won’t pay. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Glad they stopped charging for use of toilets, I only paid when it was an emergency, other than that I went upstairs to the free ones, also I hope the staff who deal with letting ppl into disabled toilets are being more strict as it's annoying when I see ppl more than capable of using normal toilets using disabled ones. I'm disabled myself but only use disabled toilets if my only other option is stairs.

How this place hasn’t been shut down is beyond comprehension. Well, I suppose Doncaster need a bus station. But not a reliable one. Awful horrendously rude staff. Addicts and scruffy people and screaming adolescents all over the place. Buses show up when they feel like it. This is proper peasant waggon service. Absolutely terrible.

I found this service so shocking. my 13 year old son and friends was refused on several busses due to the fact that a friend had fogot his bus pass. This boy was 20p short from paying full fair. My son didn't want to leave his friend so tried alternative busses. After an hour and half of trying, they didn't know what else to do. Me as a parent was getting extremely worried. When in the bus station, you have no signal so there was no way of contact. Myself and another parent rang the bus dept at the interchange and the person on the phone had to watch a member of staff, tell the bus driver to let the boys on after another refusal. I think it's disgusting that your bus drivers can leave young boys to fend for themselves with no way of contact. A measly 20p is all it was. Thank god they are ok. Those bus drivers should be ashamed of themselves.

Describe my experience ? One word, shocking. The interchange itself is clean, dry and well maintained. I have never had an issue with buses ect. But a small group of the cleaning staff are beyond rude. They are downright nasty. I don`t know what they are guarding in those loo`s, but they patrol them like the Hope Diamond is in there. God forbid you should take more than 10 minutes to use the facilities, you are then branded a drug addict and are treated as such. I have been asked to leave a cubicle, mid use, because the older, grey haired chubby lady wished to partition the facilities. I inquired what i should do and got the reply " I dont care, now leave!" My friend is an insulin dependent diabetic and took more than the allotted time in there and whilst sat on the loo, had the door opened by a man and she was exposed to everyone waiting for the 211 - she was humiliated and very upset. Whilst i appreciate the loo`s may not be used properly in some cases, and the manager, i am told was very kind, but the smallish gentleman and the older lady should not be allowed to work with the public IMHO.

Load of crap this place, Constantly getting refused service (probably the fact that I am 16 years of age). Bus drivers are ignorant and have disgusting attitudes towards young people.
I got on the bus with a 10 pound note to pay a £1.50 fair (Legal tender) and they driver had no change so gave me a £7.50 credit voucher, so he took 2.50 off me, and now all the drivers are refusing to accept the voucher resulting in me walking home for an hour.

Teach your drivers some fg manners!

I needed to use the bathroom. I watched a lady climb over barrier.
I put 20p in. The barrier did not open. So I put another 10p in. The barrier made a noise but still did not open. A cleaner inside the toilet said I should have been quicker but could go see information to get my money back. The upshot. I would have missed my bus eating for all this. So I lost 30p and did not get to the toilet. Thanks Doncaster interchange.
I was just disgusted
