Trying to deliver to wrong address even i am at home due to maternity leave. Updating that no one is seems there and gate is closed. Flat without gate how i will close i don't know
. i was waited for my parcel since 1 month due land delivery. But i am not getting it due some irresponsible empoyers. I don't know were to find solution for this problem.
Pathetic service
I have 2undelivered paracel since 1-2week.
I am unable to go and collect to my current condition as well😒

Service that sends a van out with small parcels to your neighbour, says yours is on another one. Why? Now I’ve missed it and won’t get it for nearly a week. Thanks Royal Mail, for that first class service. The neighbours were in too, you never even asked them to take it.

You are talking about saving money and start delivering only on specific days….but honestly I can’t understand how you came to the conclusion that you will save money when you make 3 attempts for a delivery on 3 different days. I really find this frustrating, I am expecting my parcel, I am not home when you try to deliver it, then instead of trying with a neighbour or simply keep it at the main or local post office for me to collect it, you just decide to send it out every day…..so when I have time and try and go and collect it myself surprise, the parcel is out for delivery, missed me again and the postman is not back yet.

How is this saving you money?!?

I don’t know when you decide to change this but I remember that it used to be 1 attempt then ‘we missed you card’ left and I would just be able to go an collect it myself later that day or whenever I was able to.

I missed a delivery yesterday and didn't here the doorbell this morning. After telephoning to ask if I could collect it and what time the office shut on a Saturday the CSO said the office would be closed before the postlady finished her rounds so he would telephone and ask if she could swing round on her way back. Fabulous service and very grateful as the package contained a birthday present needed for today!

Why don't you update your opening times on Google search. There is no mention that you are only open to the public 8amto 10am and then not open again until 4pm to 6pm. There are no opening times on the cards you pop through the door, but there again you are probably all working from home and we must do it all ourselves..... even the older pensioners who often don't have a computer.. Not good customer service many wasted journeys by the public but that won't bother you.

Only open to collect missed parcels from 8am-10am on a Monday, with wrong hours advertised on Google that were only updated 9 weeks ago, for the rest of the week it's 8am to 10am and 4pm to 6pm...for a city of 100k people Useless to most customers... they'll close within a decade, thsyret already overpriced for mail delivery and not the best at that either. Another courier will take them over and mallet every staff member for cheaper labour.
