Despite the box with my parcel literally being on the floor in the front area, they refused to even acknowledge it exists and that I clearly am the recipient since I have the damned Amazon Email informing me that my parcel, which has my NAME on it, has arrived at their location. Incredibly unhelpful, will never again select this location as a delivery point if this is the service to be expected.

Sadly, have been using their drop and go service and this is my third complaint that they hang on to the parcels - on one occasion for 5 days before processing. I have requested the manager's contact details but they refuse to supply them. The reason for this review is that I dropped parcels at 9am on Saturday morning ( the firs customer in there) using the drop and go service and they didn't process them until today - Monday morning. I suggest, if the manager reads this, that they provide more training for their staff as this isn't good enough. I also know of another business in the area that has had the same issue. It's not good enough.

Told me that their Amazon returns service wasn't working and couldn't tell me when it would be working again. On my way out the door they then process a return for the customer after me.

When I go back to the counter and ask "So is it working?", they say they guess it is. Funny they didn't even try process it for me, but did for the very next customer despite it definitely not working'. Avoid.

I am so impressed that at last a functioning post office. New staff are amazing and so welcoming.
Now open till 5.30 and on Saturdays which we have not had for so long. It is clean and stocked well. I am so glad to be able to use this post office again after I finish work as before it would close so early.

I can only say that being agoraphobic makes it hard to go into places, especially when you have a lot of parcels and could be in there for some time.
I was really nervous when I went into this Post Office but I received a brilliant service from a lovely lady called Sunita and the other 2 times I have been there so far- again,great service no complaints. Very efficient. I had a lot of parcels to return and I also think that it is important to mention that the person behind the counter was very pleasant. Thank you for your service Post Office!
