Excellent service at Stormore Self Storage! James and the team are professional, friendly, and always helpful. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, and the free van hire is a great bonus. Highly recommend!

While there you could not ask for a more helpful team. However our circumstances changed and we no longer required the unit. You would think that you would be refunded the days no longer required, this is not the case. We are stuck paying for something we no longer need added to that the price was also increased considerably and this led us to having to call to ask why.
Very unhappy with this whole situation so please ensure you cancel on your subscription renewal time. Pay as you go storage my a**.

Very easy to deal with. The staff are always very helpful and the place is very secure. We stored all our belongings there while we did a renovation which lasted over a year. Afterwards, we returned to move the items back home and they were as good as the day we put them in. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from Andrea, helpful and friendly, Andrea advised us on all aspects of our booking and ensured we were fully set up with no issues. We stored our furniture for about 8 weeks, accessed the unit at various times always without an issue. Really happy with the service and would definitely use again.

I ended up having to use for 12 months due to first house sale falling through. Clean, dry and sizes to fit all needs. Great free use of a their van too. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic company, very helpful staff, James and Angela went above and beyond to help us whilst moving, and use of the onsite van was invaluable. The team were so efficient in the set up and supporting our arrival to the site made our very busy moving day so much easier. I highly recommend this company at anyone needing storage space, even for a short time.
