Honestly one of the best professionals I’ve ever met. These guys were OUTSTANDING! the way they all worked and co-ordinated with each other. They had the whole house cleared within a couple of hours (including dismantling a bed and big pax cupboard) and then had it all put into the house within an hour or 2. The whole team were amazing and I’m so glad we were able to book Johns removal for our move from Basildon to Romford. These guys really are professionals and the price was unbeatable.

I was very impressed with the service provided for our long distance house move from start to finish. Dani was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and provide a quote. He was very communicative throughout and responsive when contacted. The removal team were great. Ronnie and his team introduced themselves on arrival and were very polite. They worked extremely hard and were amenable to what we wanted and we felt comfortable with them carrying out the removal. They moved us out of Essex on one day and travelled to Devon to move us into our new home the next morning. Again they worked extremely hard moving us in even though there were lots of stairs and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from the team. Originally contacted in December for a quote, spoke to Dani who was really helpful about possible dates for our move subject to exchange of contracts and getting a completion date. Made a provisional booking with only a small deposit, a week of being messed about by the buyers at the end of our chain, finally exchanged contracts at 3.30 on the Friday 17th January 2025, confirmed our moving date with the office and hay presto, moved on the Monday 20th. With a team of 5 and a whopping big lorry our move went smoothly. They loaded from our old home and off loaded at our new home putting everything where we wanted them too. They were careful, respectful and polite. Brilliant job many thanks to you all, for making our move stress free. Well done to you all. Would definitely recommend this company. Great job thank you!

Amazing service from the team. Moving day in a chain is always very stressful but the team made it to so smooth for us! Considering I moved whilst being 7 months pregnant, I was able to relax and actually enjoy moving day! They dismantled furniture and packed our house efficiently in 3 hours and unloaded in the new house within hours too. All of our items were still in perfect condition. Would highly recommend Johns removals, worth every penny to ensure a smooth and stress free move

Just used these guys to move home and the service I received was OUTSTANDING from beginning to end. I can't recommend them highly enough. From Dani visiting initially to give us the quote, then the packing the day before the move and finally the move itself, every thing was handled in a calm , friendly manner that was very reassuring. Above all else, in what is otherwise a very stressful time, they were always, positive and full of energy which really helped make the whole experience pleasant and joyful. Really can't thank them all enough.

I booked this company to move me from Essex to Lincolnshire.
First impressions were great Dani came around did a survey promptly gave me a price which I agreed and went ahead with.
They asked if they could load half day before and come back the next morning which was perfect.
Day 1 couldn't fault the staff who attended, however following day 2 new guys came along.
When they reached Lincolnshire my daughter was there with property open for them.
The two guys came off the truck with my leather sofa towards the street door, was advised by my daughter that they will need to go around back of property through patio doors.
But no they first tried forcing sofa through street door scrapping the leather off and ruined my sofa.
I emailed Dani the director of the company on 21/12/24 to make him aware.
We paid £2268 for this removal and not even a sorry,
Only one of the team who deserves any credit was the driver apart from that wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

We moved recently from Southend to Wells Somerset and from initial contact with Dani through to our removal team led by Ronnie service was first class and professional. Our removal team even arrived before us and all items were offloaded same day with the team working through to 8pm to ensure we were in before Storm Bert hit on the Saturday! Would definitely recommend this company.
