Just been in there, no one bothered to look up from their computer, lady walking round with clip board not even bothering to acknowledge. Asked for non return valve, they didn’t know what is was! Asked for prices of shower trays, they indicated where the catalogues were but when they actually spoke they said the wrong prices were in there anyway.
Have used this Company for years and have known the previous Manager well, won’t bother to go there again .

Disappointing, used these guys for majority of my properties building products. Service customer service has gone massively downhill, staff in branch just stand there and talk without offering any assistance. Stood at the till for a minute or so whilst waiting for a lady with glasses to finish playing on her phone before I had to say excuse me and get her to look up.

Not sure I’ll continue using them.

This company are grossly over priced, I bought a 45 degree Multikwik today and before I complained I was quoted nearly £20, once I complained this was reduced to £16.03 which is still way overpriced!!
I will not be using them again.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wide range of building and household materials. Disappointing that they no longer cut timber for you. I used to really appreciate this service and wouldnt mind paying for it.

Terrible service, order never turned up when booked, then when challenged didn't have the items we ordered and paid for. Remainder of order eventually came and was wrong all mismatched different sizes. Only thing we cant fault is the service of James.
