Exercise extreme caution when considering RHD Storage Solutions. My experience reveals significant red flags and an alarming lack of accountability and transparency that potential customers should be aware of. I strongly advise considering reputable alternatives that prioritize customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.

Also be advised that some 5-star reviews (attached) that appeared at the time of writing this review are from company staff. I personally met two reviewers - Brandon Webster (the director's brother) and Sean Chalkley (an employee) - confirming the inauthenticity of these reviews. This lack of transparency severely undermines the company's credibility.

After all the experience I've had with them, I won’t be surprised to see some interesting response to this review, but it's up to the reader's discretion to decide.

Despite an initial agreement to store my belongings at their London headquarters, Mason Webster began pressuring me to relocate them to their warehouse shortly after storage commenced. He also failed to set up agreed-upon direct debits and later accused me of outstanding invoices without prior notification.

All interactions with Mason were private, leaving no witnesses. He subsequently denied our conversations, accusing me of fabrication. This behavior, coupled with continuous pressure to move my belongings, created an intimidating and stressful environment, ultimately forcing me to remove my items.

My formal complaint was initially ignored. After follow-up, Mason personally rejected it, denying our previous interactions.

The company failed to provide a written contract or terms and conditions, later using this absence to deny my refund request for the unused period.

Attempts to report RHD Storage Solutions to regulatory bodies were unsuccessful as they appear unregistered - a major concern for consumer protection.

We left my son’s comforter in Spain and tried every thing to get it back being let down at every turn! I called Sean from RHD just over 24 hours ago and we have just had the delivery! I can not believe they succeeded in one day what all the big corporations couldn’t do in 3 weeks! I’ll be eternally grateful to these guys and I’ll never use anyone else!

I have used RHD logistics numerous times over the past 5 years. Using their couriers to move gym equipment.

I have had poor experience previously with other courier companies. However RHD offered what can only be described as an outstanding level of service. Customer service, communication and efficency was fantastic. I would strongly recommend this company and will be using RHD again in the future.

The electric expansion to their fleet is something to be admired, a company on the up and i for one am a supporting individual. Often feel sidelined when dealing with other companies but with RHD i felt my delivery was a top priority.
