Well what can I say. EDS have been excellent with my delivery right from day 1.
All updates and information have been passed on efficiently.
I had been struck down by a flu bug and couldn't get to my preferred delivery address but EDS went above and beyond to accommodate me, as i changed the delivery address, so I could receive my parcel.
Kasha, the Customer Relations advisor, was excellent and helped the process go extremely smoothly after I had to change plans.
Many many thanks to Kasha and all the team involved. A great family run business, keep up the great work.

Disgraceful company.

After having one of their drivers almost cause an accident twice (luckily I managed avoid) then hurl abuse at me, I reported the incident (along with dash cam footage) to Rob Owen, the Transport Manager (pictured) who honestly, really couldn't have cared less...

Not once did he enquire about my passengers, ask if the driver did make contact with my car (yes, it was that close!) , nor did he offer an apology, just a generic waffle response of "thank you for bringing it to my attention".

Simply put, Rob likes to sherk accountability for those he is responsible for.

Given that this could of been a pretty horrible accident, I have since turned the footage and correspondence over to the local road policing unit, maybe then Rob will take some responsibility for his drivers and develop a smidge of a sense of common courtesy.

Very unreliable. They claimed that the delivery person 'attempted delivery ' but yet we stayed up looking through the windows and no one came. I rescheduled delivery for next day and same thing happened. I called the office and it seemed I was lying. If delivery person came around, he definitely didn't press the bell...no Knock the door. I've had to drive almost 10miles to collect the parcel after waiting for about a week for it.

Shocking. Very important parcel lost. Waited 2 days for next day delivery, went to depot to collect parcel. Staff miserable, nobody cares. They "looked for the parcel" but nowhere to be found. Needed service part before trip to Europe but not getting it. Very dissapointed, do not use or send - part of APC who is also a shocking company.
