I redirected a parcel for collection at the post office. Royal Mail tracker displayed item arrived for collection on 09/12/24, but was refused & returned to sender the next day, 10/12/24. WHY?!!! According to Royal Mail website, they should have hold the item for collection for 18 days. They've returned my item to the sender after just 1 day. I have used this service before at other post office in Camden, they kept my item for a few days until I came to collect. If you need to redirect your parcel for collection to a Post Office, use another one either in Camden or Highgate.

Horrendous post office. The staff are rude and deliberately unhelpful. I've had so many bad experiences here, from the post master shouting in my face and pointing at me telling me when I was pregnant that it was my fault his staff hadn't been able to locate my parcel (they weren't searching using the tracking I provided) to being quoted £19 for a £6 postage. I've also witnessed the staff raising their voices aggressively towards elderly customers and refusing to help. I actively avoid now because it's such an unpleasant experience, it's better to walk 20 minutes down the road to the Camden branch than interact with the staff here.

Such rude staff, got passport picture taken and this hijabi lady with glasses had such a rude attitude. Also another lady at the post office so mean. Have nice gifts and items. Check the staff you have!!!

I visit nearly everyday and have done for a long time and personally I think the current staff are amazing better than previous staff members! Kind and patient; queues are long sometimes but thats to be expected in most post offices in and around Camden 🙂

Gave back my parcel to Royal Mail after it was delivered for me to collect there.

Update: After calling Royal Mail after this incident they confirmed that it was delivered but for some reason the post office decided to return to sender just 2 days after it was delivered. It was re delivered today and when I went to collect it, the man with glasses behind the counter was very confrontational and stated that he remembered my name. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or listen to me he interrupted me and said I shouldn’t leave false reviews.

Royal mail track parcels and even have gps. My parcel was delivered but for some reason, or by error, they returned it back to the courier.

What an “amazing”post office. Most people need to queue up at the left counter for the service that suits them, while there is no queue at the other counter with different services. When I approached to only ask without having to do anything, a clerk immediately lectured me: ‘You must queue up at the other window first, even if there is no one waiting there!’ What a clever rule!

I have been moved to Kentish Town for 2 years, the post office is Very helpful and friendly staff especially Vasu who provide super customer serivice.

This post office is awful. The staff are extremely rude and aggressive. Every time I go there they are complaining directly or under their breath. Recently, I was in the queue for the post office a lady was standing behind me with her young daughter (I’d say 1.5years old) who was constantly picking up all the toys and her mum took it off her and put it on a shelf up high as it was causing a tantrum. A member of staff grabbed it off the shelf and shouted in her face “I’ll put it back shall I”. I would honestly rather walk 10 miles to another post office than go here.
