Really pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. A fantastic local shop, with everything you need to post physical and digital items, and great for last minute cards and gifts. Also offers very reasonable and efficient scanning and copying.

We have used this shop for sending parcels, and, most recently, to have a passport photo taken. The service is absolutely excellent, charming and efficient. We could have used our post office, which is closer, but prefer to walk a little further to this excellent shop.

Great service by Taimoor at the shop. Had been putting off doing a return but was very easy. Airdrop to get the label printed to stick straight on the parcel, and as other reviews noted, very friendly and helpful staff. Have another return to do shortly and now know it will be an easy task !

Came in to buy a stamp and was told there is a £3 minimum spend. Picked up a small gift bag and small card thinking they would come to around £5 together?
Was charged £12.80. I tapped my card and didn’t register the price until after when I saw the screen (screaming toddler and tiredness, my fault for not checking first).

I expressed my shock at the price, especially given that I’d bought items because of the (scam) minimum spend rule some shops implement and asked if I could return the card. I was just told the shop doesn’t give refunds (isn’t that illegal unless it’s for jewellery items and underwear?) and that the £5.50 card was imported from France so that’s why it was expensive?!

Setting a minimum spend which forces a majority of customers to buy another very overpriced item is sneaky, a majority of newsagents and shops do not have a minimum spend so clearly it’s a bogus rule implemented by many shops.

Goods should have the prices on them.
