I get a lot of things done at the post office and in good time too. I return goods bought I'm not happy with, receive money and post things, too. It's also convenient that it's near where we live. The service is friendly and quick.

Although its busy sometimes but the guy there prioritise every customer and helps them out of his way.Always served with smile,what a beautiful creation of god wallah.Thank you shehnawaz for sorting out my problem really quick.
Also want to talk about the hygiene of the post office.Looks clean and tidy up and such a positive vibe this office has as i always use this branch near to my home.Recommendable mate.

I visited this branch this week, and it was busy with queue waiting outside the entrance. Yet my parcel was dealt with quickly and very politely. Shahawaz was super friendly and quick, and even asked if i wanted my cashback in notes or some coins!

This Post Office gets the job done !!!! Shahnawaz, is very professional and knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing ,,, it's nice to be greeted with a smile and to deal with a person who knows his job well, He is fast , so you can get in and out of there very quickly !!!! and the queues are normally kept to a minimum because of this, The place is very clean since Shahnawaz is at the post office, all the front areas of the post office is very tidy and clean with all the displays in order so you can easily grab some postage letters or Postage boxes are anything else the post office sells !!! All These items are now clearly displayed. I have found the opening and closing hours are always kept to what they have been advertised on the post office website !!!! so it's nice to have a reliable, friendly , professional,clean, place to post all your parcels/letters, are any other Reasons you may need the Post Office for !!!! Queens Crescent Post Office, delivers on all counts !!!! I use this Post Office a lot, so I notice all these Positive changes,,,Well done....

My parcel was delivered two days ago. I just went to collect and the man at the counter said he had returned it as it had been a week. It had been two days. Now my very expensive parcel is missing. He didn’t believe me, so I’ve attached the item tracking. Terrible post office
