We ordered home delivery for Margarita and Garden vegetables pizzas. Pappa Johns used to make better pizzas, but sadly they have fallen quite low with their overall standard of pizzas quality. Ours were heavy dough, rushed, not left to prove enough the dough, so we were eating heavy and dense dough, and delivery of it was calamity. They used Just Eat company, who try to cram as many pizzas inside their bags so they can deliver more in one go, so as a result our Margarita pizza was squashed (see photo of cheese glued to the top of pizza box). Lesson learned, not never again Pappa Johns pizzas, but it will be a long time before we order from them again. Bottom line, everyone is working hard for their money, and expects at least decent quality when they order food. Sorry Pappa Johns, this time it wasn’t better ingredients, better pizzas….

My pizza was smashed snd when i called them they said they talk to delivery guy, thats all , no refund , no replacement of order. Even the taste was horrible. Their standard has gone down the hill. Dont order from them.

I ordered three xxl pizzas on Monday and they arrived completely destroyed. I called the restaurant and was told they would contact the rider and call me back they never did. Wouldn’t recommend getting a pizza from here.

I saw them make the wrong pizza (I was the only person in the store and had direct view of the pizzas they were making). When they gave it to me, I pointed out that that wasn't my order. I saw them take the pizza behind a counter and add a few odd slices of (microwaved?) crispy hardened pepperoni. When I mentioned this to them, they denied it. They also mentioned "since your pizza is a deal, there are less toppings".

As expected, the pepperoni was dry to a crisp. The crust was hard. The toppings were sparse.

Papa John's - please see all the comments telling you to get rid of your current staff and hire some better people. You used to be (infinitely) better.

Me and my mate just having got back to our hotel from a gig in Camden thought we’d order a pizza from one of the only places still delivering. I put in a note to the delivery driver to deliver the pizza rather to the hotel staff in the lobby or to our room if it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I got a notification to say that it had been delivered, it wasn’t at the door so we went downstairs where the staff said they hadn’t had anything delivered. We luckily went outside to see if we could find the driver only to find he had left our pizza on the ground outside the hotel! Anybody could have got it and by the time we found it having been left outside it was stone cold! I’m sure the pizza would have been nicer if the delivery driver had the common sense not to leave it on the pavement! Won’t order again!

Do not order the chicken wings… some of the worst wings I’ve ever eaten in my life. Clearly microwaved and absolutely no flavour.
