Controlo will now be our chosen delivery partner thanks to the incredible work from Laura Valli and team.

We had a last minute change in delivery schedule which Laura took in her stride magnificently. The constant communication she gave us and our stakeholders made the process incredibly clear and straightforward.
I was also on holiday at the time so the fact that I knew I could trust her to get things done allowed me to enjoy my time off!

Laura is an incredible asset to the Controlo team, I hope her managers see this and realise her worth.

Terrible services. They missed my delivery and didn't notify us until we called them in the afternoon saying their driver left our stocks in their warehouse and went home (). We had to apologise to all the customers that suffer delay from this. They claimed that the delivery will be the first one in the morning the next working day( Tuesday after the Good Friday, weekend then Easter Monday) but didn't arrive until noon. Totally irresponsible company. They kept silent after we demand our money back, we're very disappointed and will never use their services again or recommend them to any of our clients.

Great people, great service who deserve nothing but success led by Andy and his number 2 Mark who are gentlemen and will give you the best service at the lowest possible price, if you need a freight forwarded I truly believe they are the best in the business because they genuinely care about your freight being collected or delivered on time be that full loads of groupware, I could not recommend them more.
