Small so don't expect much. I used it for a drop off point for my order.
Can park outside on highroad for a limited amount of time. After that you will be hit with a state authorised fine (theft) to reduce your financial ability to move ahead in life even if only slightly.

Terrible customer service, Lefisa seemed like she couldn't understand me,she kept saying I've probably pressed click & collect,which i hadn't. Even showed her photos from the Camden store website,to which a Black girl rudely said its not our website, i said in that case it shouldn't be advertised, and she just gave me so much attitude, saying she didn't do the website. Can't believe a B&Q doesn't even sell Gloss Paint, absolutely ridiculous.

It’s a tiny store, that barely sells DIY products. It’s more interested in selling toilet paper and washing powder than DIY products. The staff are polite and friendly but the store is absolutely tiny and not what you’d imagine a B&Q to be. I deeply regret going all the way there for so little.

There is nothing more upsetting than seeing your hard earned money going to people who take your custom for granted. To my regret that was exactly what happened at this branch of B&Q. I had just bought a pallet of laminate flooring from then last week to redo my entire flooring. I decided to go back to them to buy a few other small items needed to complete the job. The tradesman who is installing the flooring for me asked me to buy a very specific type of nails as well as the matching boarding. When I got to the store I went and picked the boarding which I needed but I couldn't find the nails. I asked a worker who was who was clearly free (this branch is quite small so it's possible to see easily if the store is busy) if he could find me that specific item. He pointed to corner and told me "nails are on that side". This member of staff (a big man by the name of Craig) was judging from the look of exasperation in his face and tone of voice clearly not willing to move a finger to help me. I went to where he said I should look but I couldn't find the item I was looking for. Rather than asking for help again I just decided to go to Leyland not too far from this shop. I know that Leyland has a rule escort customers to make sure thathey find what they need. Unfortunately, by the time I returned to the self service till to finish paying for the rest of the items the system was stuck due to inactivity and had some a message about getting a member of staff (which of course was nowhere to be found). I decided to leave it as it was and went to a different till to pay and left. When I got home with the different boarding straps the tradesman advised me to keep the more expensive one out of the selection so once again I had to return to the store to exchange the rest. This time I was indeed served by a different young woman who was very pleasant and quite professional. She did the refund with no issues and then I picked the replacement boarding strip and made payment. Just as I was about to leave Mr Craig decided to "return from his long deserved leave of absence" to accuse me of leaving the store earlier on without paying because "my card was rejected". This time he was very awake judging by how loud he was and big smile on his face.
After checking with the young woman who had received the refunded items he finally realised that he didn't know what he was talking about but by then my patience was running very thin. I could not believe that after abandoning the till area with customers needing assistance, refusing to exercise his body for the sake of helping me find stock he had the nerve to approach me in that manner with unfounded accusations.
I did call their Customer Service and I spoke to someone who came across sincerely apologetic about what I had experienced (unfortunately I cannot remember his name but I am grateful for his understanding). They placed me in contact with the Store Manager who asked me again what had happened and then told me that she was sorry that I felt that way. I am unfortunately also sorry for her because clearly she does not have a member of staff who understands the basics of customer service and how to maximise sales. As I said before I had to buy the nails needed for the boarding from Leyland. I could easily buy it there too! At the end of the day unfortunately some people show their faces at work to collect wages and not necessarily to make sure that the business they work for are profitable.

AVOID - Terrible B&Q location. When you enter the store all the staff are chatting about in a corner with nobody willing or able to help you.

Moreover the store does not allow you to return items. Better be 1000% sure about your purchase when you buy it in store. Much better off going to Ikea or elsewhere which offers better quality & lower prices - no brainer.

Ordered two toilet seats, both came already broke, 3 weeks of talking to customer service for a refund and never heard back. 0 stars for the product and service. shocking
