I've been using The Company Warehouse since 2019, when they first helped get my business and website up and running.
The help desk is really easy to use and the team are very responsive. There's also a wealth of business toolsets available to use and everything is easily accessible in your account.

More importantly, it's a roller-coaster starting up and running a new business. Despite the highs and lows I've faced over the last 5 years, the TCW team have ALWAYS been supportive, encouraging, empathetic (during some pretty gloomy times) and have given me the occasional friendly prod when needed.
Somethings are easy enough to work out yourself via the helpdesk of youtube etc, but in my experience the long term service and support I've received from The Company Warehouse far outweighs any Google search.
It's absolutely worth working with The Company Warehouse.

I can never get in touch with anyone at this office and now that my email has been suspended according to a text i was sent in December. For weeks now this has had a negative impact on my business and i have had zero support and cannot get in touch with anyone at the office.

Update, it has now been a full month and ive had no help or working email so i cannot even log in to anything! The worst service I have ever had. The cost to my business is unacceptable.
