Unfortunately, my moving experience was the most horrible situation that I have ever been in. The dates for pickup was changed 6 times which put myself in a terrible stressful situation with my previous landlords compounded with the stress of changing jobs. This put me in a situation where I had to constantly tell the new dates with my previous landlords. The issue was with the truck held up with customs and they eventually went with another company. It was a complete disaster even though 90% of my stuff was packed and organizing the items into 2 rooms to make the move super easy on all parties involved. After a month, I realized that I'm missing one box so far. If there was better communication after the 2 dates changes I could have made arrangements to avoid the stressful situation.

Excellent service on shipping my household goods from the USA to the Netherlands. The agents in both countries did an excellent job on staying ahead of the game and this allowed for a smooth move with no issues! I had requested many quotes and UpakWeShip was by far the best deal on a 20 FT container. The self packing and loading part was easy and uploading all documents on the website was a great convenience as well. Would absolutely recommend to use for an overseas move!

UPakWeship worked well for my shipment of household goods from the West coast of the US to the UK. They were very responsive to my queries in both the US and the UK and picked up my two crates in the US and delivered them to my address in the UK as promised. The one issue I had was that US Customs selected the container my two crates were in for a random inspection and this added about 5 weeks to the transit time - but of course this was something UPakWeShip had no control over. However, UPakWeShip did charge me extra for the delay caused by the customs inspection and, although this was quite a small sum, I do think these sorts of charges should be rolled into their overall charge for the shipment, since they are not unexpected. Overall, though, a very positive experience and I would recommend UPakWeShip.

We used UPakWeShip to move our belongings from Denver, CO to London. We had to downsize significantly and they offered the best value for money for just shipping boxes. Communication was great; the crate kit was delivered as scheduled, pickup occurred as scheduled. Overall took about 4 weeks to get our boxes. Charges were as disclosed. Overall great experience, recommend to anyone.

Really excellent service to get my things back from the US to the UK. From the amazing help I got from Alicia on the US side, to the great service from Kate on the UK side and the wonderful delivery man who dropped everything off to me in London. Couldn’t ask for more. I got help every step of the way. There were no hidden costs that I had heard about when using other companies and zero damage had occurred to my things. I highly recommend this as an affordable way to get your things across the Atlantic.

We moved from Miami to Paris and everything went as planned. Rowena was my point of contact in Miami and Kate the one in Paris. They were both really good, communicative, friendly and they made everything possible to make our lives easier. Both drivers also made sure the 20ft container was placed somewhere that would be best for us. I would definitely recommend this service!!
