I'm a diecast collector and I buy big lots of unboxed cars from auction houses. While I do keep some of them, most of the cars end up on eBay for resale. So you can imagine I want them to arrive intact at my doorstep.

I recently bought about 30 something 1:18 cars and couldn't collect. And that brings me to this review.

Very happy with the service from Postmyparcels, especially during a busy time of the year such as Christmas. All items were carefully wrapped and packed, loose parts were attached with care and made sure that I can't miss them. Lots of padding and not a lot of movement for the models, which is crucial on 'trips' like this.

I haven't had a parcel full with cars arriving with no damage, like ever. This one from Postmyparcel is the first of its kind and I raise my hat to the person in charge of packaging this.

Will be happy to use the service again, bargain for the price and the hassle. Don't always give 5 stars, but in this case is, they do deserve a lot more.

Spoke with an agent on Monday to collect an auction lot, seemed fine, the lot has been collected, it is now Saturday. Have left several messages on their answer phone and e-mailed them, no response. Am I just the unlucky one!

Excellent service from this company and lovely staff. However, let down by using DPD as Courier who are DREADFUL and should be avoided at all costs!! I'm hoping after out experience of having had a Barometer 'thrown' over a 6ft high gate (resulting in item being broken) they will no longer use DPD. This was even more irritating as my husband and I were both in the house at the time but the DPD driver did not even have the wit to know how to use a doorbell !! Fortunately Postmyparcels no longer use DPD

SUPERB!! After winning several auction lots of lego, i gave postmyparcels,bournemouth the tricky task of collecting, dismantling and packing my hoard. They kept everything seperate whilst managing to pack in 1 box to keep costs low. The parcel came today and im over the moon!! I couldnt have done a better job myself. Although i did have doubts about them dismanting the fully built models, they completed this task flawlessly. I will not hesitate to use you again, thanks you so much!!

Quick, efficient, good value, and polite and helpful. Minimum of faffing about, and used the minimum of packing (safely), unlike some well known parcel companies who seem determined to populate the entire world with plastic wotsits!
