Terrible service still out of pocket for my parcel that got sent that never reached it destination and ended up being left on my doorstep. Even though it has been returned to me they won’t refund me £53 to what the parcel cost me to send. Can’t speak to anyone.

Well, extending the delivery time frame multiple times, in an other case saying failed delivery attempt at the end, despite I had been home all day. This is a joke. Finally I got my parcel today, they do not bother to wait me to go downstairs to pick it up, just left that by the door. This is just horrible.

Blank leaflets delivered through door at all times
Collection for return day late then did nt knock the next day
No contact number
No one to talk to only this so can only give a bad review
Just want communication 🤷🏻‍♀️
