Fantastic service from Corinne at the Poole depot as well as all involved. Contacted as a completely new customer on a Wednesday @ 7am with an emergency delivery requirement to get the Jersey. Was informed that if I could get it to their site by 10am the following day (from Barnsley, my problem - not theirs I must admit!) it would be sorted. Was not let down, fully informed throughout the process leading up to the Friday/Monday in which it was there to meet my deadline.

Will certainly be using again whenever I can!

Good experience, I’m a lorry driver… easy to find, weigh in FIRST at the intercom controlled bridge a short distance before the X shed (gert great sign visible from the bridge) and then park up opposite the X sign and go up the concrete steps and into the warehouse door, hand in your paperwork and weighbridge ticket. You’ll be instructed to go and tip. Back to the weighbridge (there’s just enough room to pull a U-ey in an artic but watch your tyres if heavy, or go back to the roundabout) and get an outbound ticket and back to the X building and hand that in where your paperwork will get stamped. My tip was a dumper truck which I unloaded and parked on a container spec platform. About 0830hrs and was very quick and efficient, the lads who I saw were sound and explained what to do both in the warehouse and out in the yard. If only all dock tips were like this!! 👍

If you are shipping a vehicle, make sure that you Don't leave anything inside, my company have shipped several times with this company and we have had multiple items gone missing from our vehicle's, from cans of pop,sunglasses, chewing gum,phone holder, golf shoes, etc.
we have complained, but they don't get back in touch

Your delivery experience will depend on the mood of the staff, which as a transporter isn’t acceptable. I have delivered vehicles here on a regular basis and always get the impression the gentleman that books you in has a massive chip on his shoulder. If you hate your job that much go and do something else and save the rest of us your misery!
