Stuck in lockdown, I needed something urgently from my sister in Oxford. I phoned a couple of courier firms and it looked like it would cost me really silly money. Called Redhead, who quoted a reasonable price for a dedicated immediate collection, but said it would be half that if I could wait until they had another job anywhere in that direction. I said I'd wait. Within an hour they came back and said it would be next day. Even though the other job got cancelled, they still fitted me in, and I got my delivery a little more than 24 hours after my first call, and at a very good price indeed. Everything about my dealings with Redhead was professional, efficient and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

Ridiculous and service is awful .
Fraudulently charged us money after 4 months when all payments were taken in advance of bookings. They never provided a service without taking a payment. 4 months later they are saying there is an outstanding invoice .
Scam ! Fraud! Avoid!
They’ve charged my card without my permission. I’m sure that is not allowed either. Unethical.

Unfortunately, pretty much every time that I have had to speak to Andy I have been disappointed by the approach that he has dealt with the situation. It is not an isolated incident, it has happened repeatedly over the last few years.
He is aggressive, he is offensive, at times he has been very rude. I am unsure why he feels that it is necessary or even acceptable to treat people in this way to do his job, regardless of the circumstances, it is never tolerable to be treated in such an abusive manner.
I am just doing my job & do not deserve for someone to act that way towards me.
It is not very professional & is extremely bad customer service. It is also not a very positive way to deal with a customer.
