Great little company, I did some HGV class 1 driving for them last week taking a load to the main hub, from the office staff and the drivers I spoke to, very helpful and help me with extra questions I had, they had all the information I needed and even made my journey a lot easier.

I would highly recommend using Tendring Express Services for small to large parcels and pallets. And a great company to work for.

They certainly know how to the play the game when it comes to dodging compensation for damaged goods.
We sell gift boxes and one arrived to a customer damaged. Not the end of the world, it happens - we sent a new one out for the customer and they were fine. Then we tried to claim from Tendring Express Services Ltd for the damaged goods.....
They wanted copies of the supplier invoices for every component of the gift box (of which there are several). They knew damn well that over the amount we were trying to get back we'd end up not bothering as it would cost more in admin time gathering together and sending all the info they wanted.
However, i did have time to write this review instead.
