This is one of the worst places to order Indian groceries. Their lack of professionalism is appalling. I’ve ordered from them twice, and both times, they failed to deliver during the assigned time slot. If the delivery driver is running late, they never bother to inform you—leaving me to chase both the delivery team and my order.

To make matters worse, they frequently replace items without asking for customer consent. The delivery person never checks what is available, and if something is out of stock, they simply replace it without asking the customer. This complete disregard for communication and professionalism makes for a truly frustrating experience.

I would strongly advise against ordering from them. It’s far better to visit an Indian store and buy your groceries in person.
