Imported a pallet from USA to UK using these guys. Service was exceptional - great communication, Fraser was so helpful and walked me through all paperwork process. Pallet was delivered on time and the price for this service was best in the market. Value for money. Highly recommended!

It may be a bankrupt company. The website is still there, which means you can still place orders, but you cannot track any information. Don't choose it to avoid trouble.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY! NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!!!!

We sent a pallet to Holland which was supposed to be on a 3-4 day service. 5 days AFTER dispatching the pallet P4D contacted us to say it has been damaged in the UK - It was a mess. The pallet looked like a forklift truck had driven into and over it several times! We then had to send a replacement out (stupidly with this company again) it then did not get delivered to Holland until 2 and a half weeks later!

The second pallet was half damaged (the same issue again).

The couriers then claimed that they went to the customers address and attempted to deliver it without ANY CONTACT to the customer and charged us another £58 for re-delivery.

The customer service was SO terrible, the team seriously do not care and say absolutely anything to get you off the phone and half the time do not answer it! P4D will not make any contact with the customer before the delivery takes place. Not even a phone call to let them know they are dropping off a 200KG pallet!

P4D do not want to pay out for their claims either, we are battling to try and get our money back for the absolute mess this company has made.

This company should seriously read a majority of their reviews which are 1 star and take a review on the way they are doing business. Please do not use this company.

I'm not sure where the recent positive reviews have come from as their website has been down for weeks. Presumably in administration? We relied on P4D to send company parcels for the ease of weekly/monthly invoicing however can't find any way of organising this any more. Any time we did have issues it was hard to contact them and get a straight response.

Awful experience. I placed a booking through these and nobody showed up. No option to speak to customer service at all (in fact, their site has been down for ages now!).

Anyway, I went to PalletOnline.co.uk and they sorted me out with a generous discount and a really affordable price to help me move my stuff after I lost my money with P4D. Highly recommend THEM, not these! ?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Yes they they have good reviews, which every company will have, however look at all the 1 star reviews, they all say the same thing. "Wont pay out", "Wont respond to emails or calls."
I used them to ship some equipment worth £3000 and paid a significant amount for extra insurance. Our end customer didn't get a chance to open and check the item on delivery as the driver just wanted a signature so he could get to his next delivery.
On opening the pallet, the equipment is damaged beyond repair. Their initial response on contacting them was because our customer signed the delivery note, he was also saying it was in good condition, despite not being able to check this and so there is no claim to be made. I now have our customer with equipment that is a write off and wanting their money back.
I have since tried to call and sent 3/4 emails and still got no response. We have already contacted a solicitor and the insurance ombudsman so will be taking this further but if this review can prevent other people from using them then i can take some comfort in that. A truly awful company that are conning people out of their hard earned money!

Have mixed reviews: The main problem… there are many, but their main problem is lack of communication at each step between companies. Not good about quoting you entirely honestly and up front. Pushy in regard to unnecessary shipping and expense shipping methods, some of the subcontractors are just incredibly incompetent: The manifest (which we created) had easy to read contact information and import information related to avoiding tax due to change of residence (not to mention we put our contact phone number local to the delivery on every box) and some how got threaten with more charges because the couldn’t contact us to pick up our stuff. We did get out of it as had clear proof in multiple forms. You just got to be very vigilant and that isn’t cool as really should be their job as they supposedly do it every day.

The plus side is none of our stuff was missing or broken.

Absolutely do not use this company for shipping. I used them to ship a pallet of auto parts for my personal vehicle. The pickup went fine but there were delays on getting the pallet on a cargo ship. Then they forgot about paperwork fees and I had to pay those. Then they messed up the release paperwork causing delays getting it picked up from a warehouse in the US. We spent 3 days calling multiple times per day just to get someone to resolve the issues. Then, they took so long to help that additional storage fees were charged for the pallet sitting in the warehouse in the US. They promised me a refund of the fees associated with their errors then never replied to me again and I was forced to charge it back through my credit card for assistance. Take your business anywhere else.
