Absolutely do not use this company for shipping. I used them to ship a pallet of auto parts for my personal vehicle. The pickup went fine but there were delays on getting the pallet on a cargo ship. Then they forgot about paperwork fees and I had to pay those. Then they messed up the release paperwork causing delays getting it picked up from a warehouse in the US. We spent 3 days calling multiple times per day just to get someone to resolve the issues. Then, they took so long to help that additional storage fees were charged for the pallet sitting in the warehouse in the US. They promised me a refund of the fees associated with their errors then never replied to me again and I was forced to charge it back through my credit card for assistance. Take your business anywhere else.

I have used this company few times and they failed all the way through.
I stopped using them and claimed a return of my Account Credit that sits in the account for future use. It has been more than 6 months they are not returning the money. The have help center that is entirely broken. You cannot create a ticket site responses error. People in support are not able to do anything those they are called support... Below is the message they say;
"I'll be happy to help and chase the Finance department for you + you will receive an answer by email by Customer Service. Usually it takes 28 days to receive a refund so I hope this is helpful for you"
This message has been received 3 months ago. I'm still not able to talk to anyone or get my money back.
When you face a trouble this company won't look after you.
There are far better competitors to them who is looking after their customers.
You cannot call this people, they are not responsive in live chat. Their support tickets are not working. Purely unreliable service.
I'm now looking alternative ways to create a legal action to get my money back.

Cheaper than other services who collect from home rather than a drop-off point and when I messed up the collection by leaving the parcel at work, their support team were on it quickly, rearranged the collection for no extra charge and sent new labels through within seconds. However, twice I was given a collection day and nobody turned up. Nobody contacted me on either occasion and several days after the second missed appointment, when I contacted them to check, I was told Hermes were too busy to collect at all and I could either have a refund or drop it off at a collection point. I did that, the parcels were delivered OK but I paid for collection and the reliability and communication were very poor overall.

Just had the worst shipping experience of my life with MyParcelDelivery (P4D) and their employee Andrew Busby. Promised in 5 emails to be able to do a pretty urgent transport from UK to France in 5 days, which I paid for straight by card at a decently high price. After over 24h of waiting in that urgent rush, just been told I should pay 100% extra (double the amount already paid for) if I wanted that delivery to happen.
Not professional, at all. Avoid at all costs this company.

Sent a parcel in December (parcel force) excellent service, arrived overseas within the stated 3 days.
Booked a parcel on again to the same address, never received an email to confirm, app stated my parcel was pending, I did a chat contact only to be told parcel force can't do this, too busy, so re-entered using DPD, they collected my parcel on the Monday and by Wednesday they had lost it. Again I had to make contact only for them to say they will put a trace on my parcel but will take 5-15 working days!! Not the service I paid for, never again!!!

Don't use these guys. Hopeless in so many ways - where do I start. Well if there was a zero star option i would use it. I ordered a 'next day' service, the price was reasonable. This was 10am Friday, for a Saturday delivery. I was charged an extra £1 above the quote for delivery to a residential address, which it wasn't but there was no way of getting round this. I waited for collection but nothing happened. 'Customer Service' finished at 5pm! Although 'Live Chat' was supposed to be available until 9pm the button to press did not appear on the web page. Sent an email and did get a reply on the Saturday. Apparently apart from the fact the parcel wasn't collected anyway, 'next day delivery' doesn't include Saturday as it's actually 'next working day' although this isn't mentioned anywhere on the quote page or if you click 'more information' to find out what you're buying. I still needed the parcel sending so agreed to a Monday collection. On Wednesday lunchtime, five days after I ordered a next day service, the parcel was still sitting here. My girlfriend had to drive 185 miles to deliver it. 'Customer Service' said they were sorry, but frankly that's not good enough. Don't use these guys.

I am absolutely infuriated with this company. In November I paid for 2 separate cake collections on next day delivery. Neither of the cakes were collected.
So not only did I waste an entire night making the cakes to ensure they were ready for collection on the allocated day, but I lost in excess of £200 of ingredients, refunds to my 2 customers and ultimately suffered extreme humiliation and complete unprofessionalism when I had to let my customers down on their birthdays. Along with the £24 paid to My Parcel Delivery for the courier service in the first place - oh and the £45 paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery to enable the cakes to arrive at their destination - 2 days late.
I have sent messages to their Facebook messenger, 3 support tickets and have responded to their emails which promised a refund over a month ago. It’s now 8th January and still nothing. No phone number, no alternative method of contact available.
An absolutely ridiculous company, they should not be allowed to trade.
To My Parcel Delivery: Thank you SO much for letting my customers down - it’s much appreciated following 2 years of losses amidst the pandemic. You must be very proud of yourselves.

Came to collect pallet 3 days before it was due to be collected and wasn't ready for collection, never returned on the correct day to collect. i was promised by RYAN from support that i will receive a refund within 3-5 working days, several emails now and no reply. its been over a month of waiting. court papers will be filed within 7 days if moneys are not received..
