From original enquiry to final clearance from storage unit the service was exceptional. Harry arranged my original contract over 4 months as a pending house move and major works meant things needed putting away. Great price and easy to set up contract with insurance. Direction given clearly at every step. Container was brand new and immaculate inside. Unfortunately our move collapsed so we decided to remove goods and stay out until mid next year. Container emptied and notice given. Clear instructions given about closing account and what to do. Will definitely use Blue Bear again when I need secure storage and great service. Thank you.

I was stuck for a last minute storage unit for a short period of time. I spoke to Harry at Blue Bear Storage Huntingdon, who assisted me to a very high standard. Great service from this company, and in particular Harry at the Huntingdon location, who was cheerful, helpful and professional. He was clear and upfront, which I really appreciate, as many of the other places I spoke to put me off by using too much sales patter. This place focused on finding solutions for me, and at a great price too! The site seems secure and the storage space is accessible and sensibly shaped. One thing I would mention is that the map of the storage site is out of date, so don't worry if your unit isn't on the map - I was confused by this, but when I arrived my storage was present and easy to find, and the instructions for entry are perfectly clear and detailed.

I've stored with Blue Bear twice now, once in a business capacity and once as an individual. Once at St Ives and once at Huntingdon. Needless to say it has been smooth and easy to access, book and leave the storage when needed. I've loved using Blue Bear and am sad that there isn't going to be one nearby where I've moved to should I need it again!
