Nice little shop with lot of unique things. Have been there couple of times but i saw new staff a young lady she’s so welcoming and helpful . I asked her about my parcel and she was so kind and polite with the things and explaining everything so nicely. Apart from past experience now it’s feeling good at the moment

Whereas sometimes when i had to got served by the old lady she was always being rude about telling things that’s really unkind. She is really grumpy making funny faces.
You need more staff like her being more compatible dealing with customers.

THE BEST POST OFFICE IN CAMBRIDGE, i come here maybe 4-5 times a week and i never have a single bad word to say about the place. Chrissy behind the desk is maybe one of the best people ive had the pleasure of being served by and theres never a day she does not have a smile on her face. Highly recommend this post office

Shame to leave a bad review but I've been using this post office for years without a problem but recently I feel they're up charging. Was quoted £4.99 as the cheapest postage for my tiny parcel, and when I questioned it they said the cheaper prices were online only. What they failed to state was that was the cheapest 24 service, where the 48 was the price which I stated. This isn't the first time this has happened to me and my family so will stop using this post office, poor customer service.

Lady at the front was swearing at people just because there were around 4-5 people queueing and kept huffing and puffing every time someone else came in. Treated everyone as a bother. If you have any other close post offices I would suggest going elsewhere, as they clearly don’t even care about their awful costumer service if you go read their answers to any of the bad reviews lol
