Went to return an Amazon package, the experience wasn’t great.Not all the staff but the two ladies sitting behind counter E and G particularly were very rude and not so customer friendly, I know this review won’t make any difference but just letting you know that everybody deserves to be treated the same despite their race religion colour or background.

I posted a parcel today for my Mum's birthday, I hadn't packaged my fragile item properly but the lady at the counter provided me with bubble wrap, tape and scissors to rectify my mistake. She really went above and beyond.
