Visited the Royal Mail office last week in the morning to post a parcel, but one of my QR codes wouldn’t scan. I tried several times, but it just didn’t work. I returned after work to try again, and unfortunately, it still wasn’t working.

However, Sarah was incredibly helpful during my second visit. She kindly offered to print out my label for me, which made the process so much easier. I really appreciated her assistance and customer service.

Sadly, this level of help wasn’t offered during my morning visit by the gentleman working then, which was disappointing as it caused me to make two trips unnecessarily.

While the issue was resolved in the end, it would be great if all staff were equally proactive in helping customers with such issues.

This is by far the worst delivery service. 90%+ of 'delivery attempts' not even made, I assume they must be faking deliveries to speed up rounds as I have been waiting by the door on multiple occasions when the attempt was supposedly made. A terribly run organisation

Got to pick up my package from a nice lady in person, rather than re-booking on the website to collect in 2 days time. Missed the Royal Mail Delivery twice, I don't think they knocked... Anyway, got it in the end!

Called in twice today during the published opening hours. All dark and not open. My next day delivery item should have arrived today but my post lady said she hadn’t brought it as it was too heavy! I tried to collect it myself but no joy

Awful customer service, I paid for a next day delivery end up waiting 3 days. Went to this post office and the lady checked it in the morning and refused to help me in the afternoon saying the driver hadn’t come back but she never looked it up. I was literally begging her to check it for me, but she was insisting they haven’t got anything without checking!

I would score them zero, if google had a zero rating. They sit in their office abd send you an abnormal delivery message, saying your address or phone number is incomplete, when they did not even name a delivery attempt, and your details are correct. They say this because they have made up an excuse to not deliver your parcel.
The staff are incompetent and not willing to provide service to customers. They are there to serve themselves.

I have used Cambridge Royal Mail Customer Service Point so many times. I haven't had any issues at all. I usually buy my online postage and stick it on the envelope. For many parcels and large letters, I pay considerably less than the Post Office. I plan to continue the service point.
