Thanks to clear my car / ship my car for sorting out the NOVA documents (clearing customs) with the HMRC which allows the V55 registration to be completed by the DVLA. I was fortunate that the advised 10 day process was resolved in 2 days. This was the first car I have imported and they really helped me through the process.

Overall an excellent service! They shipped a classic car over from the US and dealt with the shipping, import, customs clearance, conversions, MOT, DVLA registration and gave it a service and clean. The whole process took longer than expected but I can't fault the end result and they were always very polite and helpful whenever I rang with questions or an update on what was happening during the process.

A very professional company. Our car was shipped from Hk to UK and it was arrived here perfectly. The price is reasonable. Their customer service are very responsive (reply mail within 1 hour and just wait ~1-2 mins via hotline). We are not sure the under seal situation and arrange the option purchase. They found our car conditions very good and refund the option. All other service options are well delivered and like a new car. Highly recommend! Cheers

Shout out to Mathew for helping me with my Mustang wiring fault. Long story short I spent quite a few hours fault finding a dead turn signal on my Mustang, he spotted the short circuit preventing it from working (reversed connector to door mirror repeater) effectively putting the SJB into FET ptotect mode. DTCs cleared, connector issue addressed, all working.
