From the initial consultation to the final delivered item, I found Taxitruck to be a very knowledgeable, experienced and highly professional company to work with.
We needed a significant quantity of office and private furniture items removing from our offices and delivered to a storage unit and the whole team on the day were very careful and helpful.
The removal team arrived on time and quickly got to work, ensuring the items were adequately packaged and carefully removed and loaded.
Over the two days, the team were respectful and understood the job as there was a significant number of expensive and delicate items to be moved.
A great job by Ben and his team, would highly recommend.

I think the best way to review the amazing team at Taxitruck is to pretty much cut and paste the thank you email I sent them after our epic move to Scotland from Witham in a 6 day process (and that was without the behind the scenes logistics from office staff trying to hold our date whilst our chain moved at glacial speed!).

We first used Taxitruck when we moved into our property in Witham, 19 years - they came highly recommended and nothing has changed. This time they drew on some extra team from Greens, their sister company and their service was equally fantastic.

The folk involved in packing were kind, patient and professional amidst our disarray - even when opening half a dozen boxes to locate my son’s slippers!

Lee and Graham were outstanding on moving in day - logistics were not easy and unfortunately the top-up team sent from an egency in Scotland were very inexperienced. However, Lee and Graham remained calm and professional, teaching the newbies whilst working really hard when we were struggling to work out what boxes needed to go where. They ensured that everything was brought in considerately, reorganising things along the way as necessary. Lee assembled any furniture that had been taken apart, for which we were very grateful and they all worked incredibly hard. As for manoeuvring the lorry - and trailer - through our narrow gate, off a narrow road whilst navigating a small bridge opposite our house - quite simply outstanding team work.

Your whole team were a pleasure to work with but Lee and Graham definitely stood out - this is why we came to Taxitruck in the first place (I appreciate these folk work for Greens but the ethos is clearly spread through all your sister companies) - your reputation precedes you and even after 19 years, your standard of service is still gold star. Moving is incredibly stressful and having packers who remain calm, provide humour and compassion when you sometimes just feel like curling up in a corner, makes a huge difference.

And breakages - one pain of glass from a (cheap and cheerful!) picture frame. Absolutely amazing!

I would highly recommend the team at Taxitruck whether your move is across the country or across the town and I am still amazed at Ben's ability to estimate the volume of all our possessions so accurately.

We took the full packing option for not a great deal more. We had a lot of “stuff”. Well worth it. Our overall experience was great. The team of guys , Jason, Ben, Chris, Nick and Darren, couldn’t have been more helpful. Very professional and responsive to anything we asked for or needed. Overall service was excellent and great value compared to other quotes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Our dog was very happy too as you can see from the picture!

Well, moving day finally arrived for Mother-in-Law and all mucked in to help the guys from Taxi Truck Removals in emptying the house and eating the bacon rolls.
In good time the lorries were loaded and we were off to the new house.
A repeat performance in reverse filled the new place with boxes, furniture, garden statues and even the heavy crystals!
I cannot recommend this crew and company highly enough, their good nature never wained even when getting large settees through narrow doorways.

Very pleased with TaxiTruck . Mandy & Ben were very professional in regards of customer liaison & a quotation survey .
Ben delivered all the packing materials in plenty of time before the removal day.
The guys who actually moved us were very friendly & careful with all the furniture especially when moving them into the new property. They also dismantled & reassembled our extremely large heavy dining table which was so helpful.
