Staff is always helpful, just ask. Not mentioning Rail 20/20 Disruption it always been a pleasure to use St. Neots train station for my daily commute.
Also they have lifts so anyone with disability should be fine here.

This is an Amazing Station,There is always parking and wonderful services for for the disabled there's lifts so they don't need to use the stairs and it's also accessible to people who live in Loves Farm so I always like travelling here

Good train station but when I went there early today I saw a homeless person fall on the tracks before a LNER high speed train going 100+ mph went flying down the tracks. Good day apart from that, 3 stars

Brilliant staff in the ticket office who are always friendly and helpful , always ready to advise on best ticket options for any journey I have to make . The four legged station " manager " is gorgeous .... Keep up the good work guys !!!!!

Decent enough station for trains going to London King's Cross (approx 40 minute journey). If you're parking here, take care not to go into the private car park adjacent to the station - make sure you use the Station's own car park. Often a queue at the car park ticket machine. Save yourself a bit of hassle by buying your train ticket online. The station staff are few and don't really do pleasantries.

Nice staff and easy access to all platforms. Nice little café ideal to grab a bite or a refreshment before jumping on a train to central London or Peterborough. All that would deserve 5 stars if the parking charges were not the most expensive of all the stations in the same line. A complete rip off. This encourages people to park on the roads and estates around, causing extra nuisance to local residents.
