The reply to my genuine rating proves what nasty unprofessional people they are. There was no letter sent to me whatsoever regarding P45 and is a complete lie, you really should think about hiring a qualified accountant. The assessment was a pass and I showed full competence in driving, or are you suggesting you employ underqualified drivers? The assessor made the rules up as he went along and he knows he did. The reverse excersise was purposefully made ridiculously difficult not because of real world situations but to satisfy his big ego. I never held my phone while driving and unless you can prove this with footage then this is deformation of character. You have also broke the GDPR rules regarding accessing camera footage inside a truck... Any spillage inside the truck was always removed - another complete lie. Infact I was the only employee who would actually get on my hands and knees with a mop cleaning your dirty trucks for you. Nobody else bothered.

Driving is the easy part. Dealing with the cowboy owners is quite the opposite. They will take your choice to leave and improve your life as insulting. My last 2 weeks was a shambles. They couldn't even say goodbye and good luck - they were extremely bitter. This is Amazon work so youll be on limited terms and conditions with a dismal work life balance where the only thing that matters is getting a parcel from A to B and they will push your hours daily to make it happen. Like all other drivers nobody knows how the bonus works and these cowboys won't even explain it or give you a clue as how to get it. There's no emphasis on safety, no training, no lighting in yard and your gruling shift doesn't even begin until you pick up your first trailer. There's not even an accident book or fire extinguisher. As long as you can hold a phone and race across the country at 1 in the morning then your in.
2 months after leaving and iv had to report these for braking the law and ignoring my contact for a p45. Terrible dismal attitude.
And platforms like this and other review sites are a voice for drivers to speak the truth so they are indeed a complaints forum because you don't provide any form of complaints procedure where employees are protected and respected.
