UK Team is very much supportive and efficient. They promptly respond to emails and calls. Domestic courier service is said to be through ''DHL'' .These courier drivers never turn up on time, are usually late by minimum of 1-2 DAYS. I doubt whether that is real DHL and these drivers/collections are surprisingly non trackable. So far, I did not find any items stolen by Trico. However, recently noticed lots of items have been damaged or impaired, despite the fact that they were securely covered with additional layers of separate packagings within the main T box. I don't know what caused this or whether this was due to suboptimal storage conditions during its shipment or that of the Sri Lankan warehouse.

Trico were beyond helpful when we used them to ship half our worldly possessions from the uk to Sri Lanka.

I have been using Trico 4 or 5 times in 2023 for shipment to Sri Lanka. I have had excellent service especially from Vathsala. She goes that extra mile to help especially at the Sri Lankan end for deliveries. I have nothing but praise for her. She is a very valuable asset to Trico Shipping. All the packages I have sent in the past and will be sending through Trico to Sri Lanka in the future are for Charity Organisations or for extremely poor families.
