This is a fantastic company! I don’t often leave reviews but this company has gone above and beyond! All orders are processed quickly and efficiently. Not only this, but the tech department have provided me with the best customer service experience I’ve received from any company. Despite numerous queries and questions (owing to a rather complex previous system that was beyond repair) they helped at every step of the way. All queries were answer very quickly and with accurate and clear information and help. Even ordering more obscure parts was easy. The company are very knowledgeable and keen to help and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to any lpg user. After literally dozens of questions I never felt a burden and they were happy to help in turning my failing non-working system to now running perfectly. Bravo! If only all companies operated like these guys! Thank you!

I ordered a LPG tank for my motorhome, they sent it the same day I made the order, it took 2 weeks to arrive in Spain, but that was because Fedex,! I bought it here because they respond quickly to any question by email
So, everything is correct! I searched all over Europe and this seemed to me the best place to buy it

I have a 2004 Suzuki XL7 that was converted using a Zavoli system when 6 months old. The staff, customer service and support from Tinley Tech have without exception all proved extremely helpful as I've learnt how to maintain and service the LPG system. I've taken a course with them (not the full vehicle conversion course) that has enabled me to tune the system and the teaching was just what I needed. I can't recommend these guys enough if you want good practical advice, fair prices and good availability of parts.

I've been buying parts from Tinly tech for a number of years, mainly for Range Rovers, always helpful and always exceptionally well informed technically.
We now have a American Motorhome fitted with a Dual Fuel System ie Diesel LPG, it was working great until we had the Engine rebuilt and frankly we lost our way somewhat.
Now, please keep in mind Tinley Tech could have sent us packing, but they invited us to visit and let thier Technical specialist have a closer look. So we arrived with the Van, and Mick thier technical adviser came and had a look, please bare in mind this is not a Range Rover but in fact a 28ft, 7 ton behemoth. I would not have blamed Mick for sending us packing, but instead, I recieved the best 40 minute advisory of the problem.
When we purchased the dual fuel package form a company in the US, somehow we missed the communication retaing to Vapor & Fluid LPG systems.
Mick was detailed and most helpful to help us understand the difference and why our system was not delivering to our expectations. Simply, and I'm not ashamed to admit, we simply did not know or understand the difference (what do you expect from a crusty old Diesel Engineer).
I've been in the Automotive sector for over 40yrs, and I simply have to say I was terribly impressed, Tinley identified exactly what was the problem, Mick explained it a manner I could understand. So leaving thier Head Quarters, I was impressed.
But the real value came post Sale, when the kit arrived I was a little worried (all show & no Go) but frankly that's why I'm writing this referal, since the Kit arrived Tinley Tech's after sales service has been way beyond my expectation, it has been beyond First Class.

I want to thank Mick and his team at Tinley for all thier help, I would have absolutley no reservation in recommending Tinley Tech to anybody.

We use our Motorhome for our work which takes us all over the Country and we need first class service and this occasion, its fair to say Tinley Tech have exceeded our epectations.

Bought a composite refillable gas bottle with the recommended UK propane filler . When bottle and fitting arrived my standard propane regulator wouldn't fit.So Adam sent me a link to a longer brass fitting to accommodate my propane regulator wanting another £16.38 for something I've already paid for
