We mistook this service for their rival company while on the island and went to visit the office for a refund for accidentally paying extra for luggage drop off, simple mistake.

The woman in the back was incredibly rude and dismissive over it. Very unprofessional. The instant she heard refund it was like a switch went off in her brain that turned her bitter. She was all side eyes and looking at us like we were there to personally offended her and treated us like we were stupid. No help at all.

I should have gotten your name, but love, I’m sorry you’ve got to sit in a boring office while other people get to enjoy the beach and warm weather, don’t take it out on other people though, yeah? Also, maybe don’t take your dog to work with you if it’s gonna bark that aggressively at strangers who walk into a “professional” business.

I’m sure the actual workers who do the actual labour of hauling luggage are lovely though. A shame it’s tarnished by staff like that.

Good service for luggage drop off from the ferry terminal (I only used it one way as I was not that far from the terminal) £5 return trip or £2.50 single trip - A slip was delivered on how to pay but I went in person to the industrial estate - it is open Monday to Saturday 0900 to 1700 (no ferries or planes on a Sunday) - great staff and service
