Absolutely shocking service. I’ve unfortunately had to use this company to order my cider online for years now. I have no other options. Most of my deliveries go missing for weeks if they even arrive and sometimes I only get half my order. The people I’ve spoken to have been rude and don’t seem to care at all. This company owes me hundreds of pounds currently and haven’t got back to any of my emails or phone calls in months. If you can avoid this delivery service please do! I actually have a feeling the van drivers are stealing my stuff !

I have been on the receiving end of many ‘overnight’ deliveries from this APC depot over the years and not once has the delivery actually arrived on the scheduled day. Also, almost every single time, it’s gone to a completely different address, even after discussions the phone confirming where exactly to leave the deliveries. To top it all off, the phone staff have been belligerent and defensive in response to polite tracking enquires.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company, mirroring many others complaints. I was at home all day but received a ‘sorry we missed you’ text and apparently they had attempted delivery. No card left and when I try to call the depot to reschedule no one answers the phone. All replies to emails also very unhelpful. My parcel was due to arrive Monday and it’s now Saturday. I am not impressed - totally useless customer service.

Shockingly bad.
Apparently they’ve tried repeatedly to deliver my parcel (according to my supplier), but don’t leave a card.

I arranged re-delivery via their website. I stayed at home all day, then received an email to say they had attempted delivery and failed.
Now nobody is answering the phones or responding to my emails.
They’ve had my parcel for almost 3 weeks.

Seems like this happens a lot, judging by the reviews.

Unbelievably good service!
My sender addressed my parcel to a street address in Truro, Cornwall but with the postcode of my home address in London. On Friday Jan 12 the APC driver "could not find the house".
I sorted the problem with APC on the phone and they promised to re-deliver to the corrected address in St Mawes, Truro "by Monday or Tuesday".
It was on the doorstep in St Mawes Saturday morning!
Thanks to Richard in Redruth office who showed some great initiative and some real customer service. A big "Thank You" from me.

What an absolute shower. Avoid!
Incompetent, unapologetic and unable to carry the simple task of delivering a parcel.
Should have been delivered on Wednesday, still no delivery on Friday.
Numerous calls to local depot which were not answered, I finally got through via a 3rd party. Really unhelpful.
They have wasted my time and my parcel has not arrived in time for install on Monday.
I await the reply asking for the consignment number and postcode because that will achieve sod all.

By far the worst courier you could have the misfortune to deal with. They make Evri look exceptional. They have allegedly tried to deliver the Amazon parcel twice but on one occasion forgot to put the parcel in the van and the driver suggested I leave my garage open all day for them to leave it in (it’s full of expensive sports equipment) and today they turned up, got out of the van and got back in and drive off. No phone call, no card, no knock on the door nothing. I have now wasted two annual leave days at home waiting for them to deliver. On the tracking system they have lied and put Business Closed. Absolutely disgusting service form these clowns.

Although my parcel was delayed, I phoned the depot on the weekend left a message, my call was returned quickly. Parcel delivered later that day. Sometimes it’s not the fault of the company or driver just circumstance. I had a positive experience.
