Awoid! No information about package. Seven days in transit. No working emails and phones at lockal office. I guess not see my package.

We paid for a package shipped by OCS with the customs duties paid, but the customs duties failed to be passed through. The package that was needed for a wedding was held up for weeks and was never resolved. OCS was unable to get the urgent package released despite multiple follow-ups, causing undue stress. The end recipient ended up having to pay for the customs duties plus storage fees (so paying for the taxes twice) and OCS has ghosted us when asked for them to reimburse the amount. Would not recommend them to retailers who are looking to ship overseas.

Edit: OCS has replied to this review but not on email. The parcel tracking number is 84729084182, from Nov 2023.

I have been using OCS Worldwide for 7 years. During this time I have found them to be very professional but not at the detriment to being human and personable (like the larger carriers) when I need them to go the extra mile. Never a problem. Nothing is too hard for these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thanks guys 🙂

I have used many different services including Parcelforce, MyHermes, Landmark Global, Australian Post and FEDEX and I haven't found a more helpful and competent service. I now have an account for my new business and my account manager Gavin Ferris couldn't be more helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend.
