Please be aware … We were in the throws of moving last year which sadly fell through. We had paid a preferential deposit after quote. Once it was clear the chain had fallen through we request a refund as we decided to pause with our move plans. Paid £400 refund £30. They are NOT invited to quote our upcoming move.

Update - Responding to Overs - 40 boxes supplied, 20 of which are second hand!

Great local removal company…they made a stressful experience less stressful! We had a move over 2 days… and had 2 different teams- both of which were great… our role really was to just point and direct! Furniture got out in the right place, no damage, great care was given to any fragile items… the teams were very friendly adding some humour to the day. Prices are very competitive and would definitely recommend them. Big shout out to- Alan, Kieran,, Ben, Joe and Harry ( Harrison) great job- thank you.

My wife and I were delighted with the assistance with our house from Paul, Martin and the team at Over's of Camberley, part of the Armishaws Group. They were very professional and helpful during the process and were determined to get it right for us. Everything arrived in good shape and when we expected it to. All in all a great service.

I used this company to move from Hampshire to Devon, I used them to store my contents for 8 weeks in between the two locations! Having started with “Overs” I actually dealt with a company call Armishaws.
Their initial representative was very professional and I was happy to sign up. I subsequently changed my requirements to include storage, something I knew would cost more, however I was more than upset by their approach to the changes and the increase in cost. The managers attitude was “ take it or leave it”. Subsequently any contact with the management was unpleasant and I found them to be very arrogant! They specific details of my move weren’t passed on to the transport department and I had to send additional emails & have repeated conversations with their transport department to explain access particulars.
The office staff & the collection & delivery staff were both excellent, particularly the guys who eventually delivered my contents!
There was some slight damage to my contents & some missing brackets from a bed, but I’m realistic and understand that stuff happens so won’t make a fuss about it, having said that I’m not confident that they’d deal with the issues sympathetically anyway.
In summary, I feel the working staff are being seriously let down by the senior management and because of this I would not recommend this company. I do however feel for the staff, from the administration staff to the actual removal guys, they were all excellent & deserve better management!

Booked a quote through this company. I understand they're busy but due to the fact they couldn't provide a quote for more than 4 weeks we went elsewhere. I emailed to cancel, heard nothing, my mum was worried they'd still turn up so I called. Apparently it had been cancelled, I was told all the customers names that were booked in that day.... Great confidentiality! I then commented that they had not had the courtesy to confirm my email and instead of an apology which would have been the customer service I would expect, I was hit with abuse! I'm absolutely appalled!
